National Private School, since its inception in the year 1982 has been growing steadily. The National Private School expresses a deep sense of gratitude to His Majesty Sultan Qaboos Bin Said, the benevolent ruler of the Sultanate of Oman.

It was the vision of our first patron, HH Sayyed Barghash Said Mohammed Al-Said. The dedication of HH Sayyed Barghash Said Mohammed Al-Said, the first President of the Management Committee has made NPS a living, breathing reality. National private School is more than a premier educational institution.

It is a community, one that bears a special bond with the cross section of people. Furthermore with great pleasure the new school administration was keen on and will be always keen on creating the new educational atmosphere by reforming the buildings full conditioned, new computers lab, new lab resources which are connected with multimedia and the internet. The modern library is well equipped with latest and advanced books for creating a proper educational environment in order to motivate our pupils to be creative and outstanding.
