Majan Consolidated Co. llc’s sister concern M/s Wadi Muscat Trading & Contracting Co. established in Oman in 1977. The main objective to form a Majan Consolidated was to promote Industrial and Non-Industrial plans in the Nation and to contribute in the Development, Planning and Modernization of Oman.

The Hadid Majan LLC, a predecessor of Majan Consolidated Co.LLC, set up a manufacturing of Deformed Steel Bars from Steel Billets and has commenced commercial operation during May 2003 to satisfy the growing demand of construction sector with the high quality re-bar products with the capacity of 75,000 metric tons per annum.

Now, Hadid Majan LLC is in the process of expansion/capacity addition. A new automatic steel rolling mill having annual production capacity of 150,000 MT is scheduled to start commercial production during May/June 2010.
